BAD TEETH (working title) is a solo theatre show by Estlin Love. Co-devised and directed by Briony O Callaghan (Created A Monster) and produced by SALTYDOLLS  with support from Creative Scotland.

 

In BAD TEETH, Estlin plays a Woman In Love™, brought back from the dead who (despite the tsunami of underpants) begins to unravel both the notion of love and her self, as a fragmented and brutal history unfolds. 

 

How does a woman’s body figure as a battlefield in the dictatorship of bad love?

What is this demented mess we call toxic masculinity?

How does a woman become a sofa?

With what instrument does she cut out her tongue?

How many bananas is too many bananas?

How can we survive romance?

 

Darkly comic and unflinchingly honest, it is an ambitious new work which includes a lot of bad teeth, bad manners and Barbera Streisand.
